Where Autumn Meets the Light captures the breathtaking moment when sunlight breaks through a canopy of autumn trees. Viewed from below, the towering trunks draw the eye upwards towards a brilliant burst of light, creating a wonderful sense of height, openness and immersion.

Rich shades of russet, burnt orange, crimson and gold dance against the vivid blue sky, brought to life through expressive, textured brushwork. At the heart of the composition, glowing sunlight filters through the branches, illuminating the autumn foliage and creating a feeling of warmth, energy and optimism.

Painted in oils on canvas, Where Autumn Meets the Light is a vibrant contemporary woodland painting celebrating the drama of the changing seasons and the transformative beauty of sunlight in the trees.
